The caregiver that they assigned us, did not give the attention that she should have to my mother. She slept on the job and when she wasn't sleeping or eating, she was talking on the phone to her boyfriend. When I called to cancel our service because of this, Visiting Angels charged me an additional week - when the caregiver did not come -- because they say they needed notice. Well I needed someone to pay attention to my mother. That is why we hired them in the first place.
