Poor service. They are all mean and unprofessional. The ladies there sit down eat and stare at you. They towed my car and we’re not supposed to tow it it was a rental. So unprofessional and unipmpressed.

Just watched one of your tow trucks run a stop sign to get onto Independence at 8:15pm & didn’t have a signal or even TRY to slow down. Scared my daughter so much who was in our backseat - we thought we were going to get hit.

I've dealt with Jordan towing and the owners for years and I'm sure whatever they did with your car was more than legal and more than fair. They are not the kind of people who "profit from the misfortunes of others".
