I am a HH Gold member and am very familiar with the quality of service an actual Hilton property provides. This location is not a true Hilton property. Blood specks on sheets and some unfamiliar specks on the walls as well (may or may not be blood). Floors and carpets are flithy just to itemize a few things that kept my comfort at a high state of alert. Unfortunately for us we did not arrive in time to check this room before it was too late to leave but I will definitely never stay here again and would not recommend it to any others. If this site allows it I will upload pictures. I definitely will be reaching out to the general manager because I do expect motel accommodations with the rates that are charged for this room. If you do come here be weary of Rm 210

Love Hampton and am a Gold HH member. The beds are always so nice. NOT HERE. Flat hard mattress and all 4 pillows were lumpy. The staff was friendly, however not concerned about much. Elevator was a rough ride. Housekeeping though was very attentive. Also, no pool. It's hot.

This place is a great comfortable clean stay. No problems no confusion with employee's. Nice place to bring the whole family .Can't wait to stay again .Worth the money all day everyday .

Taking a break from the road. Only an hour to Gulf Shores! Having a couple night-night beers then off to sleep.Tomorrow is a big day. Clerk was very friendly, got us checked in in no time. Our room is clean and comfortable The public areas are clean and well appointed
