I arrived this past Thursday afternoon to a room that smelled old and like remnants of food. The bathroom was small and poorly lit without a vent or fan and also the cable kept going in and out..I was there for a graduation the following morning so I went out with my son and tried to look past it. When I got back to the room I attempted to unwind and prepare for the next day when I noticed a huge cockroach/waterbug or whatever it was crawling on the desk. I immediately asked my boyfriend to kill it..I got on the phone with the front desk to inform them of what happened and the attendant offered me another room..I agreed because it was nearly midnight by then and graduation was hours away, finding another hotel would be tough..as we're packing, a second huge cockroach appeared by the nightstand by the bed. We couldn't get out of that room fast enough. Needless to say I barely slept the rest of the night in the new room, and fully clothed at that. The staff couldn't be nicer but I think the entire establishment could use a total makeover. Never again, I'm sorry I don't recommend staying here at all.
