Seems to be a little older property, but tidy and secure. My room was spacious and neat, bathroom was a little older than I expected so that is what makes me believe this is a older property. The hotel has great proximity to a variety of shopping and dining options

Stayed at this location before and that was why I chose it again. The rooms are always clean and offer everything that you can need. Both times my standard room had a microwave and refrigerator. These are small details but add to the stay. The TVs allow you to connect to Netflix so I was able to keep us with my shows. The location is far enough away from the main road they I did not notice any road noise of any kind. Kind staff and attentive to my requests. Next time I’m in town I will stay here again.

David Bridge

Used to come here allot, maybe 50 times over the past 10+ years but gone are the free breakfast and great customer service. They charge for everything, won’t even give you a free cup of coffee , black coffee $3.50. We accidents left our clothes and when I called to check on them, the front desk clerk told me it’s their policy not to notify guests. He explained they get to keep them themselves. ($700 in business suits and clothing). I visited the hotel to get my clothing and your manager Melissa/Michelle said it was because of COVID. Tried to say the rooms are used that much due to COVID cleaning and that’s why she didn’t know. However, that was a blatant lie. The front desk clerk told us the maid was in there the same day we left (we saw her enter as we were leaving). When I asked why they didn’t call the guest when they found them, she said they rely upon email and she was behind and hadn’t sent it yet. Excuses Excuses. Your manager is an incoming idiot. Too lazy to get out from behind her desk.
