Yes. I believe faxing is free. Printing services require payment.
I know they do FedEx packages. UPS takes Amazon returns, but when I do Amazon returns I never see my local office depot accepting them.
Best thing to do would be to call them directly. Not sure if they do that with books or not.
It depends on if you want color or black and white. You can call and they will let you know or you can order it on line and pick up st local store same day.
