If I could give no stars I would. With our most recent order, they delayed the whole delivery due to one end table not received yet (we were waiting on couches and a whole bedroom set), do not answer their phones, provide no updates, and now with our sofa broken they not only didn’t answer or respond—when we finally got someone to come out they ordered the wrong parts! Now we’re in a waiting game again. Believe me I’m fighting to get something back for all their incompetence and will never buy from Ashley’s again. And don’t give me short staffed. Anytime I’ve gone in there, there have been no customers but all employees sitting on their phones or making personal calls on the company phones. Maybe that’s why they do t answer. And good luck their customer service email doesn’t work either.

I have NOT received my King size headboard footboard with rails that I purchased on 04/08/2022 from Ashley Furniture Home Store in Prattville AL. I paid in full for the bed. Was given a tentative delivery date of 05/21/22. Was not delivered. Then was told I would have the bed by August. I still have not received the bed. I attempted to file a report with BBB but keeps sending me back to first page and making me retype info. 08/20/22 Update: I have still not received the bed. I have spoken to the store. They told me that the headboard and rails are in, just waiting on the footboard. 09/08/22 Update: Shout-out to Ashley Furniture! My bed is scheduled for delivery! I will update after delivery as to how it is. I will give a honest review. It has been a long wait but I will forgive that. It is here so on to if it is worth the wait. I believe it will be.
