The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They don’t respect them loyal clients. I have been coming to this place since 2014 and had good relationships with employees. I called them today around 11 AM. They scheduled me for 12 PM. Didn’t tell me that I have to wear mask on my face. I came here from 40 minutes way to cut my hair and when I was there they told me If I don’t have mask they won’t cut my hair. I understand this pandemic situation some places requiring masks but it is not even my fault not to having mask, did not even warning me while I was scheduled. Never comeback this place again. They don’t care long time relationships with clients. I think they are overwhelmed with plenty customers. Good luck
