Wonderful receptionist who was helpful on the phone and in person. Horrible experience with Jeanine. Booked and planned my day around this perm (1 hour drive one way, 3 hours for the perm). Sat down and was told the perm would "irritate" my scalp since I washed my hair the day before. Apparently shouldn't wash it for 2+ days before they will perm you. I assured her it wouldn't irritate my scalp, I know my own body and this isn't my first perm at all. Nope. Just got a broken record of "this will irritate your scalp" and "lots of people say it won't then it does." I've lost an entire half day of work for nothing. Would not come back here.

I went in for a walk-in visit around 3pm, was greeted and didn't have to wait long. The atmosphere was very clean and elegant. All of the staff were taking precautions, wearing masks, super professional and friendly. My stylist was Kim and she was a delight! Super friendly, bubbly personality and most importantly, she knew how to cut hair! I am very picky with my hair style, I'm not sure if its years of experience or if it was raw talent but Kim seemed know exactly what I wanted. I believe I found my new stylist! I just hope that she sticks around because its so hard to find a stylist that knows how to cut my hair. Definitely will be back, 5/5 stars! -Isaac
