I have been going to Wink for about a year now, and I absolutely love the work they do. I see Jordan and she is a sweetheart who cares a lot about her work and making her clients look amazing. I personally do not have very great natural lashes, however she works her magic and I still come out with full and beautiful lashes. Wink also does a great job at explaining how to maintain your lashes by giving specific instructions and recommending products. This studio is very professional, cute and in my opinion, the best in Nashville!

DO NOT GO HERE. They literally treat you like garbage. 0 customer service. I have been going to them every 2 weeks for 5 months, I’ve never once missed an appointment. The day before my appointment I got in a car accident and was in the hospital. I called them to tell them (20 hours in advance) that I couldn’t make it because I was in the hospital and That i booked an appointment for the day after instead. They did not respond for over 12 hours and when they did they charged my card for the appointment at the same time!! On top of that the owner REFUSES to call me back about charging me. DO NOT GO HERE. For someone that is a loyal customer and spends ALOT of money there monthly they treat you like GARBAGE.

After I started going to Wink, I began to receive daily compliments on my lashes. Everyone asks if they are real because they look THAT amazing! If you want to go to the best lash salon in Nashville, look no further than Wink. The salon is great, the atmosphere is upbeat and the staff is easy to get along with. I highly recommend this place!
