You would have a better chance of talking with someone on the moon. Hour wait no help and transferred with no help and then transferred overseas with no help. Let me transfer you to corporate. Good Grief. No thanks! 5/25/22 I tried the 800-69-SHRED and it was a bigger debacle than the first attempt at contacting this company. Yet, only three transfers until I gave up 30 minutes later. IMHO run far away from this company.

This is the worst company. It is almost impossible to get a live human to speak to and when you do, they can't help you and put you back in auto hell. They will respond to this review by asking me to call customer service that is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and do not sign any contract with them. They will be communicative whilst they are selling to you. Once they have your signature, you will find it almost impossible to communicate with this company. Their contracts auto renew so you don't get a chance to have cancel. They ignore emails and messages left. Go look at their Better Business Bureau reviews before you do anything with them.

Have scheduled multiple pick up's, at least six times over the coarse of the past four months and still waiting for a pickup! I cannot get this company to come and pick these bins up, going to have to call another company, but still stuck with the bins!
