Coolant was leaking out of the surge tank overflow tube and burning coolant could be smelled. Left the vehicle with Freeman for 26 hours and it was returned to me supposedly repaired. After driving it for 15 minutes I could again smell burning coolant and found that coolant was leaking from the overflow tube exactly as before. If the tech had test driven the vehicle after his supposed repair he would have seen that the problem was not solved. I had to return the vehicle to Freeman and it has now been there for 48 hours and is still not repaired. I have been without a vehicle for three going on four days this week for a simple problem. The service advisor and all employees whom I contacted were extremely nice and helpful. The service advisor NEVER answers his phone.

My vehicle had a manufacturer recall. Called Freeman GMC and got in within a few days. Was checked in and out within an hour. 30 minutes quicker than expected.

Our salesperson Christi was excellent from start to finish. First she found the car that we wanted and then she took the time to go through all of its amazing features. Our experience with the finance department also went very smoothly. We never felt pressured and they were able to get us in and out in a timely manner. We will definitely recommend Freeman!

Employees are required to wear masks when interacting with other employees & customers. Customers are not required to wear masks though it is strongly recommended at this time. We have plexiglass dividers at the receptionist desk & cashiers desk in all departments. Hand Sanitizer is on all desks & all surfaces are sanitized throughout the day.

Freeman Holds high standards in Customer service and I know they will assist you in any way that they can.
Freeman Grapevine has been very good to us. If it is a key with an electronic chip in it you will have to go to a dealer for your make of vehicle. Freeman Grapevine is Buick/GMC. But you should call their service department and ask them.
