Freeman Grapevine has been very good to us. If it is a key with an electronic chip in it you will have to go to a dealer for your make of vehicle. Freeman Grapevine is Buick/GMC. But you should call their service department and ask them.

I would think it depends on the problem with your key. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with their service and parts department vut you could always call and ask your question first so you don't waste a trip to the Freeman Dealership lot.
