Horrible Dunkin Donuts, the employees work slow and get every coffee and bagel I order is wrong!! I ask for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they'll give me regular cream cheese and water down coffee! This location is lucky I gave them a 1 star because ultimately this location needs to relocate away from the West Chicago area!! Horrible Employees ever!!

crying in the dunkin parking lot atm bc every single drink i’ve ever gotten from this location makes it horrendously wrong. extremely disappointed in these sassy baka workers that get mad when i told them they made my drink wrong. these workers need jesus, i want them to think to themselves “are you ready for the rapture” every single time they make a drink.

So this says it open at 04:00AM, i stopped by and it was closed. I orderd a Original Pumpkin Spiced Latte and i got mud water, the girl did not even knew what i asked for because she kept asking for my order again, if you want to get your order wrong, wait a long time and waste your money stop by. I stopped by a different one and i re order and got my order correct and the difference is quite obvious.
