Customer Service is the Absolute Worst! Chicken sandwich was forgotten and went all the way back and not even an apology. I gave it one star because food is very good, but very rude people there! We won't be going back to this location!

Placed a drive thru order on the mobile app and was told I had to come inside and “that’s how they have always done it”. First time ever hearing this after ordering from this location for my work many times. Incompetent workers I will another Popeyes to take my orders.

Went 1.5 hrs before closing and they listed practically all types of chicken and shrimp as being out. When I’ve gotten food at this location in the past, it’s always been old tasting. After so many bad experiences at different Popeyes as well, I won’t be returning ever again.

Whatever you do AVOID the West Chicago Popeyes locations!!! Mismanaged for sure the first time waited 20+ minutes for food order. Today we waited 40+ minutes for 10 piece chicken and 2 crispy sandwich combo meals!! The order taker should of told us how long this might take or if they short staffed and times are running longer than normal. I blame management and owner because Hanover Park location is super fast and always well staffed.
