Google i will start by saying the rooms were clean but however i stayed 2 nights and the next morning of the first time we went out to grab some things our food that wasn’t touched was thrown out i had $80 press on nails that i got customized were thrown away she told me out her own mouth my pajamas were missing they turnt my jewelry in and hid my charger and alcohol on the house keeping carts. the jewelry was returned and alcohol and charger but i wanted some kinda solution resolves for my pajamas, nails and food but after talking to someone at the front desk and reaching out to the general manger all i receive was a half apology I DONT RECOMMEND they don’t care about you or your things..

The Hampton Inn is a serene yet elegant hotel with a great staff. I have not had an opportunity to stay overnight but I would only expect a 5 star experience if the rooms are anything like the customer service.

The woman that checked us in was a bit rude and condescending. We came inside with a group. Obviously, we had several rooms. She proceeded to say that there are only 4 people to a room. Like we were going to put 12 people in one room... Then instead of just checking us in.. she kept trying to pull everyone up by the same last name - Another assumption that we would all be under the same name. It was just very annoying and presumptuous. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast staff were great.

Took one star away for the lady who checked me in. I checked in on March 21 around noon. The lady at the counter just stared at me... I had to greet her and I'm the guest. After she found me in the computer and noticed that I was a diamond member she finally said something and thanked me for my status... how rude... she prejudged me. Other than that the hotel was nice, clean, and breakfast was good.
