Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dublin, an IHG Hotel

This was a good hotel option. It is listed as a 2 star hotel but I think it's more like a 3 star hotel. They had a pool and a fitness center along with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast consisted of omelet, turkey sausage, pork sausage, a variety of pastries/muffins and juices, coffees and teas, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The hotel was conveniently located off of route 16. They had plenty of parking. There is a McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, and KFC all within a short distance of the hotel. The room smelled clean and was fairly clean when we walked in. The reason why I'm giving it four stars instead of five stars is that some of the light fixtures had different lights in them and there were some stains on the window shade and shower curtain. I was skeptical after reading previous reviews of bed bugs, but I didn't see any while I was there. I was surprised to see that the mattresses did not have any zippered mattress covers. The employees at checked us in were very kind and friendly towards us! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if traveling to the Dublin area.

Our stay was great. The rooms were clean. We had a double queen room that was fairly spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean, however I wish the poolside umbrellas would have been up on a day that was 92 degrees. We asked for someone to open them for us, we waited, no one showed up. Overall it was a fun time. We will return if ever in Dublin again

My stay here at this Holiday inn in Dublin, GA was good. My only issues was the availability of large vehicle parking. This hotel doesn’t maintain the trees in the parking lot very good. Front desk • pleasure to deal with. Did not personally Check in or out. Was part of a group. Room •Clean, smelled good. Spacious and very comfortable feeling. Bed •Clean, very comfortable. It made me had a well rested night feeling in the morning when I woke up. Bathroom •Clean, served its purpose good. •Shower head was needing to be changed out Breakfast • Good selection of foods. WiFi connection • good wifi signal throughout hotel • speeds were constant around 15 down 10 up • no option to purchase enhanced internet So all in all I give this Holiday inn - 4 out of 5. This hotel served for what The group was looking for. See pictures I took My room was on the fourth floor. Fox the parking and the rules issue and you have a customer for life

I stay at several IHG's per year, and have come to expect things to work but lately I've had a couple exceptions. The front desk staff was friendly and air worked thankfully but when I woke at 5:10am to get ready there was no hot water to be had. After letting the water run for about 15 mins I ended up wiping off w/ a cold rag and called the front desk to find out there was a "new" tankless water heater that had circulation problems so I continued to let the water run. After another 10 mins the water finally got lukewarm but never warm enough to get in. By this time we were running a bit late so we went down to grab a cup of coffee and a piece of fruit but we told we couldn't come in until "everything was ready" at 6am (it was 5:55). To get charged full price for a cold shower and turned away for a piece of fruit has not been the norm where I've stayed so I was pretty disappointed here to be honest.
