I really thanks very much for one of the worker at the store her name is Mariam she help me and my wife to choose the shower design we been looking for more than 3 hours at the store to find a perfect contrast design we couldn't figure it out until she came she have a very good design vision and we are very pleased with what she show us and finally we find what we want and we love it

Update (8-Oct-2022): Thank you for acknowledging my genuine review. I followed up with the information you requested to the email you provided. Your move. Original (6-Oct-2022): Great product at a great price, but service is TERRIBLE. Very difficult to talk to a human to resolve a problem. Chat and phone customer service is automated and limited value. Example 1: Advice in the store is not reliable: told I needed to buy underlayment for Duralux LVP. This was an unnecessary $700 expense that contradicts the installation guide and violates the manufacture's warranty. Example 2: I paid $200 to ship 1100 sqft. Two boxes damaged by what looks like a forklift. Four days after formally reporting the problem, I have not been contacted about a replacement.
