It’s 8:23am and the office hours state that they are open 8am - 5pm. My appointment is at 8:30am and the still haven’t opened the doors. Staff just started to show up at 8:19 which is not acceptable. There is no sign that states they will be opening at a later time. I will be emailing the CEO asking why is she allowing this level of unprofessionalism. At this point it’s already 8:26am and still waiting for the door to be opened. Regardless they should always be prepared for no shows from employees. Not sure how the CEO/Managers/Leads can allow this. I myself am a business owner and don’t allow this type of unprofessionalism. Maybe if the government took away their funding for the bad quality of service then maybe they may do something about it.

Never Have I been more disappointed in a health care provider. I immediately changed provider as soon as I left. Went in for a coast guard physical and you think I was talking hydroglifs nursing and office staff tip toe around so not to upset the attending physician feelings he's in the wrong side of town if he needs coddling. In short waited two and a half hours for absolutely nothing not even a lab result I was waiting on because of their ineptness to read or get it sent to me .I would strongly recommend if you care for your health go look elsewhere.
