We came across this sweet place and we're so glad we did! We liked it so much we booked a 2nd night. The place is lovingly cared for by owners Jim & Peggy and it shows in all the details. Very clean! Comfortable beds! Cozy atmosphere! Close to town! Best prices ever! Plus if you're lucky enough you'll get to see the steam engine train pass by right over the hill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is our second time staying here and it is always pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. After a day of cruising the mountains, it's so nice to relax outside in the rocking chairs. The owners are also very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!

I was just there 7/14/18. A great place to stay. I grew up in Bryson City, but moved away. I decided to stay at the Scenic View and I was well please. The owners were awesome. I could not have asked for anybody any kinder than they were. The rooms were very clean. I loved the patio and chairs overlooking the river below. You can also sit on the front porch in rocking chairs. I will definitely go back.
