It was clean enough to sleep over one night...very close to all the action which was walkable to in Bryson City NC. Owner's son waited until we left to barge into our room,but didn't realize that my 17yr. son was there and stuttered to come up with a reason for the intrusion like" just wondering if the tub was working". Shady...not going to stay there again. Left really early.

My wife and I stayed here last weekend and had a really great time. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. My Dodge truck is large we were having a hard time finding a place to park and he came out in the pouring rain and told me to park on the grass because it wouldn’t hurt it. Rooms are clean and cozy I slept like a baby in the comfortable king size bed! Loved staying there !

Just spent the weekend in Bryson City - booked this hotel on a whim because I needed somewhere to stay, and it was amazing! The staff are very friendly, and the location is perfect. It's within walking distance of everything fun in downtown Bryson City, but still provided a nice, private space to relax in the morning or evening. The hotel is older, but the room was very clean and well taken care of. It was such a delight to sit on my private balcony by the river and take in the sounds of the mountain town - if I stop by Bryson City again, the Rosewood Inn will definitely be the first place I look for a room!
