Friendly service & decent food, but the burger was expensive and a bit short on the cheese. Totchos were good, but again needed more cheese. Most brews on tap were not Nantahala but some were local(ish).

The location looks great and the outdoor area is huge. Seems like it would be a good location but I think the shortage of staff hindered it. The service we received at the bar inside was great and very friendly. The beer on tap was some of the best I’ve ever had but the food wasn’t. The food was ehh at best but god for a quick bite. Overall I would try this spot again and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area!

I try not to be hard on places when they seem short staffed. But if you take my walk up beer order but not my food order at the same time, it’s your fault for handling your customers incorrectly and not staffing shortage. You don’t have a line system in place, you take orders from the pay section, I stand at “order here” final get two beers and then say I would like to make a food order. You say okay and walk away to fill more beer glasses. You don’t start a tab for me and I continue to wait patiently. Final I’m tried of waiting because I don’t want my beer to get too warm and go have a seat. Not loving the beer but that okay, that’s why I tried it. But it’s also warmer then it should. My wife and I order take out from a place down the street. I’m a honest person so I walk in and offer to pay for the two beer that were never placed on a tab. Another team member doesn’t apologize after I vent just says “have a nice night”. And walks away. Thumbs down, will not be returning! Earn a second star for the nice for our fur children.

Really enjoyed the burgers and beer! Awesome curly fries as well. Great indoor and outdoor areas and I think the outdoor is dog friendly (saw a stack of dog bowls on a barrel with a pitcher of water). Nice atmosphere and friendly people...... Will definitely be back when we go back to Bryson City.

That is a great question.
Adhering to the North Carolina Governor’s orders. 50% capacity, staff wearing masks, there’s indoor and outdoor seating and we are setup for counter service (order at the bar and then sit were you like).
As on July 3, their patio was open for dining, but not the dining room
