Overall good, however a previous guest had stolen the tv remote and it was not replaced. My momma, who is 74, had nothing to do all night. I paid for a room that said tv. Momma watches TV like a bad habit and could not last night. Also, the soda machine was broken yet no sign was on it. I lost a couple of dollars. When I went to the desk to ask about a refund, I was told, "we know it is broken, but the manager hasn't gotten it fixed." I did not get a refund and there is still no sign saying out of order.

Please contact the manager directly, a few years ago the same thing happened to me and I was NEVER able to get my belongings back. I hope they changed their regulations.
Mainly different kinda of cereals... bagels..etc..
I get the room on the net and get confirmation number and then when you get there you show it to him and they can't charge you full price then like they always try to do if you don't get it on the web they're going to try to get you any way they can get you you can hold the room on the internet and they can't charge you full price for the room just give them the confirmation number and then you will get a room for like $32 a night instead of the 58 or the 68 or whatever they charge
