i came in for a consult and ended up going for the first session on the spot! it really doesn't hurt (like nothing compared to actually getting tattooed, especially on the knuckles, which is what i'm having 86ed) and the overall experience was very pleasant. 11/10 do recommend. the relief i'm feeling right now knowing in a few months these tattoos will be gone is unparalleled.

I went for my first laser session last week and had a great experience. Ali made scheduling very easy and made sure I knew exactly what to do when I arrived. Blyth was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. She was patient and made sure I was fully informed before deciding to move forward with the laser session. During the session she had an excellent bedside manner and was gentle and competent. I was nervous about tattoo removal but this team made it such a comfortable experience that I am excited about the process now!

Blyth and Ali are phenomenal! I was referred here by a friend who got a small tattoo removed. While this location is 1 hour out of the way for me (Connecticut), it's absolutely worth it and I wouldn't go anywhere else. From the first consultation, Blyth is incredibly informative about what to expect and why they use certain techniques. Ali is also very responsive and on top of appointments and payments. I appreciate that I can text the store with questions about my appointment. I've been coming to this location for over a year (6 sessions).
