Peter was very helpful when we needed to reroute our package, with short notice. We would recommend the UPS store in Northampton. We have used it before to send other packages and for returning orders.

And this store just recently refused to accept an Amazon return. I left the item on the counter and told on of the clerks that it was an Amazon return. Like I've done dozens of times at OTHER UPS stores. They refused to accept it and insinuated that I was cutting the line. I was not. This was a drop-off, and again, I've dropped things off this way dozens of times before. When they told me they wouldn't accept it, I left it on the counter and stormed out. They threw the item on the ground outside near the trash. Obviously there was some pretty extreme attitude and words from them as well. That's some next level unprofessionalism and honestly it's borderline harassment and cooperate will be hearing about this. I'm no longer going to do any biz with UPS period. It's worth paying a bit more for the wonder USPS, who, never screws up and is always friendly.

This place closes at random hours for no reason and they don't pickup their phone EVER so you can't even check. It's happened to me 4 times now and they were closed during a minor snow storm all day. USPS and FedEx are always open and FedEx Kinkos is SO MIUCH better. Also the last time I was here I was extremely poorly. I'm always friendly to retail employees as I understand how people can be. Rather than being greeted at all (silence) I was treated with rolled eyes and an annoyed sign just trying to drop a return off. Ridiculous. Not sure why UPS tarnishes their reputation with the poorly run franchises. Wish an independent shipping broker would open up in the area. UPDATE & response to UPS: No - there was no snowstorm when you were closed. That's a complete lie. There was 2 inches on the ground. And this store just recently refused to accept an Amazon return. Had a mattress topper, was worried I would have trouble returning it, Pete and Jacob did a fantastic job!! They found the right box size, not too big so they saved me money! They also helped me tape it up and put into the box, the customer service was above and beyond! They claimed it was their first topper but they handled it like pros!!👌
