I needed new tires for my 2021 GLA 45 AMG and I had trouble finding the tires I wanted. They suggested a suitable replacement tire that were cheaper but just as good with a higher wear rating. I got a 4 wheel alignment as well. I was super happy with the service. Getting in and out was super easy, and communication over the phone was fantastic. They were pleasant and attentive to my needs. I will do business with them again. Thank you.

Wow!!! Not only did I get a deal before the snow came down on some snow tires for my Honda pilot but I got amazing customer service from their one and only Tarah. She went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced and I was out the door just as fast. Service with a smile. Energy is amazing there . I recommend them 10/10

I had my appointment scheduled for Monday but decided to see on Thursday if possible to get it done earlier. I called Northampton MA store and was told just to come down anytime. I got there at 11am, front desk clerk Ryan took care of me right away. He was very polite and extremely nice. He explained everything to me and took care of my order. My car was taken in right away and within 30 minutes I was on the road. My new tires are performing wonderfully. Ryan explained to me that I need to come back after 25 miles and when I got back he greeted me by my first name and took my car right in. Most wonderfully experience ever! Totally recommend Town Fair Tire of Northampton to everyone who need professional respectful service!

I called at noon today (a Saturday) and made an appointment for 1:30 pm to choose tires. Arrived at 1:36pm and were immediately greeted by Tarah who took our vehicle info and then showed us 4 different tire choices based on our needs. Once all our questions were answered and the choice was made, Tarah took us back to the customer service counter and walked us through the costs and the warranty information and then took our payment. We were able to have the tires put in immediately because we’d made an appointment. The waiting room was comfortable and the wifi was what we all want wifi to be: fast and free. There’s a monitor display that shows your place in the installation queue that includes whether or not your car is in the bay yet, how much time has elapsed, estimated remaining job time, and job status. There’s a television for those who prefer it. COVID-19 precautions are in place and all the employees were wearing masks. Customer Service: Excellent (thank you Tarah!)
