I have been purchasing their hair consistently for YEARS; I send everyone I know here. I came to the store for their Cambodian curly hair for this most recent visit. I loved the Cambodian wavy and I wanted the curly. I was informed they were discontinuing the curly and replacing with their raw tight curly hair. I was very skeptical bc this was a new line to the store; they hadn't taken any photos of it. I was transparent and told the store manager that I would rather try Dhair Boutique bc they have been doing raw hair longer; and I let her know I will wait until I see pictures of their models with the hair. All Virgin Hair does not wash the bundles in the store like DHair does; so you really don't know what the bundles will look like after it is washed. I showed her exactly what I was looking for. She assured me that I would love the hair because all her customers love it; no one has complained. I paid $700 for those bundles. I've been wearing their hair for years and I also trusted the manager, so I didn't think the hair would be bad. Worse $700 I ever spent. I didn't even wear that hair for a week. Can you imagine paying $700 for something you purchased and HATING it?! I wore the hair to the store so the store manager can SEE FOR HERSELF that the curl pattern on display is NOT what the hair looks like after it's been washed. I was not looking for a refund. If she gave a sincere apology and let the owners know about the hair, I would not leave a review. For a customer to have spent thousands of dollars over the course of the years; a customer who KNOWS hair and actually WEARS the hair; you would think I would get a decent response. She didn't even ask for feedback on what was wrong with the hair. It's very sad because customer service is only important to them when they make a sale, but is non-existent when something goes wrong.
