I have been attending this braid shop for some years now about 3 to be exact the first year i spent 7/8,000 alone getting my hair braided cause it was short and i had to get it refreshed a lot while pregnant with my son today was the worst service i have ever experienced they were super rude to me after i made an appointment it has. been several times i made an appt and had to wait hours to be serviced then today they accused me of being problematic cause i make correction about my hair like any normal person who spending 2/300 on they hair why would i let you finish if I’m not comfortable with the look but what hurt me the most was i built a bond with the manager only for her to turn her back on me cause she didn’t wanna loose her rude braided for the day they charge you for everything the do in there and expect you not to have an opinion if you don’t like something my daughter gets her hair braided on the regular cause i have arthritis and instead on declining the appt they wasted our time and for that i will be taking lawful action I’m super bubbly and nice to everyone i encounter in there but this just goes to show you cannot support your own I’ve showed loyalty to this business for some years and it’s clear that money is the only thing that matter to them
