Overall everyone I met on a personal was great. As far as my treatment and the actual procedure; it was close to a horrible experience. I had to repeatedly get injected with the numbing shots no less than 15 times ( possibly more) after the initial injections. I felt the pain of my scalp not being numb several times and it was extremely painful. I was suppose to have 1600 graft minimum procedure and only slightly less than 700 were extracted. I felt that more could have been done if my scalp was numbed properly but because, I kept having to react to the pain of the procedure my doctor got frustrated and quit. So I didn't get to have anywhere close to what I came in for. Unfortunately, I'll have to seek out this procedure again but, I'm not feeling to confident it will be with Bosley. The staff was extremely nice and Dr. Feldman did show a lot of concern for my well being but, it still end up being a really bad experience for me.

The visit lasted about 15 minutes, I spent about 6 hours driving to and from the appointment that could have been handled digitally. Also nobody called to confirm my appointment that was mde 8 months prior. I called the generic 800 number the day before to confirm that nothing had changed.
