Watch out for vendors trying to sell you products you’re not even looking for from their brand. They will suck up your time in the store and distract you into their promo if you don’t stick to your guns. I appreciate someone who wants to help me find what I’m looking for, even if it’s not what you’re selling.

Booked an appointment on the website with Daphne P, got my appointment cancelled for straight three weeks. I have got my hair done with her a month back and she didn’t do it well. She had asked me come again and she will redo the touchup. After that I tried to book the appointment and every time they have cancelled it saying that she’s not going to be in that day. Don’t put your timings on the website if you can’t follow them! It’s fine if something comes up I understand that, but at least make accommodations for your customers rather than screwing them over to try and find someone last minute. Very unprofessional staff and pathetic service. I would never recommend this ulta location to anyone!

Giving this a one star, only because the manager with braids didn’t allow me to do a return where I could receive a store merchandise credit card. I passed the 60 days by a few days, so after that it’s either an exchange or store credit (according to Ulta’s own back of their receipt). Anyway, the manager said I can only get something else or I can’t return, it was 7:58pm (they close at 8pm) I am not about to shop in two minutes to find something and then I don’t end up liking it. I went to another location and they gave me no issues, I received my store credit. Clearly this manager at this location does NOT know her story policy.

My wife went to this location today after shopping with our baby at TJMAX. She came in with a TJMAX cart and a basket bought at that store. A cashier yelled “Ma’am, you can’t have that basket in here!”. My wife thought fair enough and returned the basket to the car. Subsequently, she came back in the store with the baby in the cart. The cashier again yelled, this time with visible irritation: “You can’t have that basket in here!” My wife was confused and said she returned the basket, to which the cashier said “that is a basket!”. The two then had a meaningful exchange over what the definition of a basket was in front of 10 customers waiting in line. It is tough to move around a baby stroller and a shopping basket in a store, one of the perks of the invention of the shopping cart. Unfortunately, ULTA has no shopping carts. While my wife may not have been following policy, the rude reprimand by this associate seems a bit overdone. She took her business elsewhere. Cheers.
