I had the greatest honor to speak with the owner which was hilarious because she kept calling me the wrong name. However she had the right future client on the phone because I played right along lol. Not only did she squeeze me in but her Team that she can trust alone in the shop were amazing and welcoming not to mention funny as hell.. instantly I felt right at home. Ms. KAY AKA Katie the loc lady did my hair better yet she transformed me in to another being altogether. Let's just say satisfied is an understatement. Obey the crown is my new home. Now when they start taking food stamps I'll be winning lmao

I went and got my hair retwisted on a wed and booked with Dee E. Got me in quick, super had interview next day. Fast forward 3 days and my hair looks horrible it was all puffed out. I called the owner she emphasized and offered to to give me a free style for my trouble. I took off to get the service then owner gives me a call and tells me Dee E doesn’t want to do my hair for free because she informed me on the caps that they have for free which would hold my hair. Never have I ever had my hair came down in 3 days. I keep it covered. But the products they use if u sweat or get in sun apparently without there cap it’s gonna come out. So the owner says she can’t make the employee redo the hair for free🤨. The owner goes on to recommend crocheting my hair which is 75 per hour. But agreed to take 50 off the service for inconvenience. I feel it shouldn’t even be classified as a new service it’s fixing an old one. Like personally I wouldn’t book Dee ever again in life.
