This is my first time using this clinic. They were all very kind to me and even though I had 1 million questions and a whole list of services that I needed help with, they were extremely polite, very fast, and build my insurance appropriately. Not only all of that but I really appreciated the warm reception that I got from the front desk and how knowledgeable the doctor was. I would definitely recommend this place

Called to see if they could see my daughter, wouldn't you know it they are closed for Columbus Day of all days. It would have been nice if that had been posted. Specially since I was on hold for 30 minutes just to be told the office is closed.

My experience was good. I needed a fast covid test for a pre-op clearance. I'm negative and I expect a negative test result. Most places make you get an appointment. They do walk-ins, no complexity. They can give you a result in ten minutes. Most of these places require payment out of pocket, but if you're in a hurry you will pay it. The fees they charge are half what Premium Urgent Care charges. When they do the swab, instead of sticking the probe six inches up to your skull, they just put it in one or two inches and rub it around three times gently. It's not uncomfortable. They understand these tests are inaccurate and aren't super fanatic about it. Just go and walk in, you get your results in an hour total.

As a Registered Nurse myself, I have to say I was very impressed with this urgent care. The staff in the front/back were experienced and professional. The provider was very thorough and she answered all my concerns. If the need persists, this will be my go to clinic. 5stars!
