The drive thru misheard me and gave me a hot latte instead of ice, and they offered to make me an iced one instead but it’s very clear they dumped the hot one into the iced one. The froth is still at the top and it’s watery. I worked at a Starbucks so I know just dumping a hot latte into an iced latte isn’t the same recipe as an iced latte and when you’re paying $6+ for a coffee I would expect higher quality and customer service.

Today I ordered a Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with a cheese danish. I asked for less brown sugar and a non toasted danish. The drink was the worst I have ever had at a Starbucks. I’m not sure if the barista knew how to make it, but I did not taste any brown sugar nor any espresso, it tasted like watered down milk. I was unable to drink it or return because I was in a rush for an appointment. Also, they toasted my danish, which was the last straw. Needless to say, I would never patronize this location, I will drive down a little further to another location.

They make an amazing vegan oat milk hot chocolate with no whip! It’s slightly dark so if you like it a bit sweeter just add some sugar free vanilla pumps!

Clean, fast. Has an outdoor fireplace ! Recent remodel is fantastic and they even have installed wheelchair accessible tables.
