100% Disgusted. Our family's experience was an absolute horror story. My father, who the social worker kept calling my mother when speaking to me, was placed here for rehab only. The only reason this facility was on the map, was for the dialysis program. 20 days. It took 20 days for them to practically kill him. When he arrived, the place was under construction- which we were never told about- placed in a room with wires hanging from the ceiling and it looked like the room was not cleaned in months! Got him transferred to another part of the facility that was more intact and reasonably cleaner. He went in with a working fishula, partial hip replacement, and water sores on his feet from to much fluid intake. To, by the skin of his teeth, come out with a broken/unusable fishula (a life or death product for people on dialysis), malnourished, on oxygen, a severe blood infection, and a sprained ankle. I would NOT trust anyone in this facility to care for your loved ones.
