Tomorrow 6/28, you may pick your own blueberries, black raspberries, red raspberries, and peaches. Some of those crops are limited so please call 610-269-3494 for a daily update before visiting us. We are picking our own blackberries, zucchini, cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, rhubarb, and cherry tomatoes. Cherry and Strawberry picking season is over, but we have plenty of fresh picked locally sourced fruit in our market. Other local produce we offer now includes broccoli, cauliflower, a variety of lettuces, cabbage, peppers, sweet corn, slicing tomatoes. We will be picking our own cantaloupes and sweet corn soon. We try to keep our customers posted on availability on our "Highland Orchards Farm and Market" Facebook page.

Highland has a no pets except certified ADA service animals in our farm market and farm fields due to USDA regulations. Well behaved leashed pets are permitted in our picnic grove and wine and beer garden.
Masks and social distancing are required anywhere on our property even outside. Commonly touched areas in our market are disinfected regularly. Curbside pick up options are available when orders are placed through our website at www.highlandorchards.net For our hayrides and shuttle rides we limit capacity and separate groups to obtain social distancing as much as possible. We require reservations to limit mass gatherings.
Our farm is not certified organic. We do not agree that all of the approved organic chemicals that organic farms use are safer for our environment or consumer health since they do not break down as quickly as most synthetics compounds. We do agree with and implement many environmentally friendly organic principals like crop rotation and using cover crops and riparian buffers that protect and rebuild soil structure and limit run off.

Yes, our goats are available for viewing and feeding with our crimped corn year round. Their pen is next to our playground which is open dusk to dawn 7 days a week. Best wishes for a merry Christmas gathering.
There is no admission fee or reservation needed. You would pre-pay for the apples that you plan to pick. We offer 3 size picking bags. The least expensive bag (1/2 peck or about 7 pounds) is $15.00. That small purchase will allow a family of 4 to ride our shuttle to our apple orchard. We do have minimum picking requirements for larger groups. We offer pay as you go activities on the weekends including hayrides and other family friendly activities weather permitting. The varieties of apples offered each weekend changes as they ripen or get picked out. No dogs are permitted in our fields.
Responsible owners may bring a well behaved dog on a leash to our picnic grove, but not in our fields or market.
We started sour cherry picking a week earlier than usual this year. We have several more trees that have not been picked so the season will be short. The sour cherry orchard is open for picking weather permitting while supplies last this week beginning Monday-Thursday 9-2. Friday and the weekend 9-5 if there are still some left. Follow us on Facebook Highlandorchards.net for crop updates.

We make our fresh donuts everyday and offer them beginning at 9 am when the market opens. We open at 7 am on Fridays and call it "Donut Friday" because we have so many fine folks who want to take our donuts and other goodies to their workplace or school for their friends to enjoy. We accept phone in orders and can usually accommodate early pick ups for larger orders on other days also. Thank you for asking.
