I had my buyer denied twice for a ITIN Loan. The first denial ,my buyer accepted responsibility for not having the tax transcripts ready. Once she received them, she decided to continue working with them since they have started her file. Now we get a second denial two days before contract close day just because her transcripts seem to show the taxes were filed late. Not willing to make any exceptions . There was never any genuine-heartfelt effort to help this nice lady after 2 appraisals and 2 termite inspection she had to pay out of pocket. 🤦♂️😡

Not personally. There is a drop off box right by the entrance
number of taxes itin
if you have a legitimate ITIN with the IRS letter showing it was issued to you, they will issue loans with that ITIN, no problem.
