Had early lunch with wife, began filling quickly. Staff was great, attentive but not intrusive. Great help assisting my vision impaired wife choose a drink. Kept my tea filled (important!) Started off with breaded & fried pepper jack wedges, a favorite. We each had the steak/ribs/chicken tenders combo. Generous portions of everything. Food was great. A favorite place.

It took us 35 mins to get our food and the establishment was not busy by any means. When we finally received our food the Mac n cheese was just plain noodles and they were cold, my daughters bun was hard as a rock, my sons fries were under cooked, while my fiancés were over cooked, we didn’t receive silverware til we waved someone down and asked, there was no plates for the rolls, chicken was over cooked…. SADLY THE BEST PART WAS JUST THE HONEY MUSTARD.

I love eating here at the O’Charley’s on Shallowford Village Drive in Chattanooga. I have eaten at every O’Charley’s around here, but none can compare to this one. As a matter of fact, I won’t go to any of the others now because I would be disappointed in something. This O’Charley’s is like a “Friends” bar. Here are some “shout outs” to just a FEW of the workers here who are always friendly and totally accommodatingly helpful: Tracy, Keri, Amanda, Wesley, Casey, Allison Woodall, and Carissa. These are just some who have absolutely been the very best at what they do. You are quite lucky to have them. I do eat at other places occasionally, but I come here eight out of ten times. You should come in and see just how wonderful the people are here.

The happy hour drinks were great. Our server Keri was super nice and fast. The food was good with large portions and great prices. My chicken wasn’t what I expected. Not that tasty, not bad, but a slice of chicken with a spoonful of chutney on top. I think I expected a part of a whole chicken not a filet. Maybe I just didn’t read the menu well. But the veggies, corn and sweet potatoes were great and my husband loved his chopped sirloin meal. Free pie Wednesday was great!! Overall if you are on the road it’s good food for a bargain. We wore masks when we walked in and some patrons sneared and pointed at us. But that is a reflection of the locals not the quality of food and service. We recommend the place.
