Best fried chicken ever! The shrimp grits were amazing as well and the social sour drink we had to start our experience off! Even the dinner salads were amazing and the price was comparatively low for the quality and portion size you get! We found a new favorite for sure! Oh… and the waitress was amazing and host staff great as well! Definitely the place to come eat when here for any occasion!

Phenomenal food and service. Our server Leo was awesome and so knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients and preparation. We had the pimento cheese and fried pickles plus pork belly appetizers, Pot Roast and Cobb Salad PLUS 2 creme Brules to go and our bill was $75!!! Absolutely insane value for the food you get. Everything was so good! The manager Orri (sp?) was also so kind to stay late because I left my phone at the restaurant! Just overall it was such a pleasant experience!

We'll Be Back Outstanding dining experience. We were looking for restaurant we could walk to from our hotel and this one for the bill. We were hoping the food would be good, since the Trip Advisor review was fairly high and we were not disappointed. We had the smoked trout spread starter followed by pot roast and shrimp and grits entrees. The food was excellent. I am not a southern girl but I am now sold on grits if I can get them like the Public House makes them. We felt that the prices for the food and wine were reasonable and the server and host were friendly and attentive.

Good atmosphere and good food, nice staff. We tried the stuffed quail, it was pretty good. And the salmon with roasted Brussel sprouts were very good. My companions had cocktails which they liked very much.
