We ordered the family 12pc meal and the shrimp box from the app. Upon arrival, we were told that didn’t have any shrimp and that they couldn’t refund my money. What??? We settled for an extra side. Once home, we saw that we only got a 10pc but paid for a 12pc. We got 3 mashed potatoes and none of them had gravy on them. The number listed for this store in East Ridge was a Verizon recording stating that this customer is unavailable. So, you cannot contact them regarding your order. What kind of nonsense is this? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! I sent a message from the app and will be waiting for a response but not holding my breath. If I do not hear back, I will contact someone else in the franchise. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Spent almost $45 on this meal and none of it was close!

The popeyes in east ridge is almost impossible to eat at. The last 4 times I've tried to go there I've been told they are out of chicken. They either need someone new doing their truck or employees willing to sell a chicken sandwich.

What a way to run a business, you have a good item, people love the food, but nobody willing to work and keep the store open to the hours that it's supposed to be open. I work for doordashes an independent contractor, I came by at 9:40 p.m. tonight this is a Sunday night, store is supposed to be open till 10:30, store is closed nobody here no cars in the parking lot, had to cancel two orders to customers that was wanting your product. Do you even deserve to be in business or employed?

Went to this Popeyes and they they were taking only cash and you had to have the correct change. Their credit card device was not working. The food was not that great and I had to throw away my drink because I got the wrong drink I asked for a Coke and got Cherry Coke. I was not satisfied with the service, so it would be a long time before I go back, maybe when they are taking orders inside the store it might be a little bit better than always going through the drive-thru and you had to wait at least a good 20 minutes before you even got to order or pull over on the side to get your food and then you had to walk up and remind the person about your food because they it wasn't enough people working that day

Same here. They overcooked my order and it was so salty as well. When I went back to get it remade they said it would be 30 minutes so I asked for a refund. I will not be going back here. Horrible attitudes and horrible customer service.
