I made a doctor appointment back in March with a doctor taking new patients, and received frequent notifications to show up for my appointment. I showed up to facility, and they tell me my appointment is canceled and my doctor is not taking new patient . Lousy scheduling and consideration.

Website says they are open til 7pm. Sign on door says they will close at 3pm. Long drive for nothing.

Long waiting every Saturday, which is not remedied (short staffed?). Unfriendly staff at the lab and “security officer” who constantly pesters patients in the lobby.

I've gone around 7:30 and not been first to check in. They list the following on their web site: Tomorrow's Walk-in Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Good luck.....
They screen everyone upon entry and are never super busy.
