This place is horrific. My father went there after he broke his leg and and we were completely ignored about any of our complaints about the place and he was completely ignored in his room. He lost 30 pounds in the 1st month and they didn't seem to think it was a big issue they didn't seem to give a d*** about it at all. Actually at 1 point we were Told it's a good thing he lost the weight because when you have a broken bone it's not good to be heavy. They didn't give him his medicine properly they tried to give him 90% of it at 1 time. I had to explain to them how to give him his medicine. They put their elderly in diapers because they're too lazy to take them to the bathroom. . The family felt like they were holding him hostage and would not release him to the family when the doctor felt he should be home already. They ordered medical equipment that we didn't need and when we complained they said what is the issue medicare is paying for it anyway. All of these issues he developed while he was there went away when he came home. No need for diapers anymore as he could get up himself and go to the bathroom bathroom he gained 8 pounds back and is much happier than he was when he was in that h*** hole.
