Very clean and well-organized facility. Staff was friendly and skilled in their care with the patients. The little touches around the place make a big impact to the residents: bird feeders surrounding the building, quaint courtyards with gardens and fountains, and their beautiful resident birds inside the building that are extremely well-cared for. It was very much appreciated!

Horrible. They fed my dad Tylenol pm every night which contributes to alzheimers. He declined rapidly. The staff was mean.

My Mother-in-law currently resides in Wisconsin and will soon qualify for Medicaid, could she possibly be a candidate to live in your facility?

Judy Plamann | Oct 12, 2019
Valley Hi Nursing & Rehabilitation for McHenry County | Oct 11, 2021

Hi Judy, your mother in law would need Illinois Medicaid. Out of state Medicaid does not easily transfer over so you would have to apply in Illinois after she becomes a resident of the state. Hope that helps.
