it’s very difficult to get ahold of a real person; but when i went in during the week around 12-1, i was in and out in 5 minutes. i just needed to pick up my benefit card; i had done everything online already which saved a lot of time.

Terrible call service, lucky to even get past the call bot to make a voice-mail, nevertheless the bot tells you to just use online which doesn't solve any real problems.

Call or go in to the office where you live there you can get that information
I just called, I hit "0" and a caseworker answered right away!😱
Walk in the office and their is a line marked with x's on the ground and a glass windows for people to speak to the desk person and they figure out what to do next
Closed? Signs were taken off doors on 8/3/20. Limited staff. M-F 830-5. Newly open drive thru with speedy service via alley. Use Madison Street to get to drive thru window. You should have been told that everything you asked for will take up to 45 days to even be considered maybe you should call or go in to your local office there they will respond quicker

It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone, if you don't have a name with an extension then you'll probably have to go in, unfortunately
It can take a couple weeks to get a result, mine came 2 or 3 weeks after everything was turned in
