We had a 2nd floor toilet go haywire while we were out for the evening that resulted in 3" of water in some downstairs rooms in our house. Additionally, we had the ceiling fall through into our kitchen. ServPro of NW Dallas was dispatched by our insurance and was out at our house within 90 minutes ( midnight). They were extremely thorough in their explanation and work to get the damage under control, the water out of the house, and prevent further mold issues. JB and his team were beyond professional in their approach and communication. While I hope I don't need to use their services again, I would recommend them with the highest regard should you need restorative services from water or any other damage to your home. I recently had a house fire. Linda and her ladies went through everything: packed and removed everything that could be cleaned and restored and identified everything that could not be salvaged. The took meticulous photos of every single item in the house, no matter how small. They were very professional, yet caring and respectful of my possessions. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
