ServPro of Northeast Dallas completed water damage mitigation and restoration work on the entire ground floor of our house. We are very pleased with the end result as ServPro sent quality people to our house who did very good work. Additionally, when we had a minor issue with our bathroom counter and vanity, ServPro sent the cabinet guy out right away to take care of it. Thank you! A down side is overall repairs took longer than I thought and would have liked, but I guess that tends to happen with many companies and contractors.

Upon inspection of the home I sold, inspector found a leak in shower pan. I called three services for bids, ServPro was the first to come out and they had the most reasonable bid. They finished the job working long hours in time for the closing. The shower passed reinspection with flying colors, the shower looked great, and they matched the tile by using one of the team member's personal stock from his attic - AMAZING! I have thought real hard about what type of review to give Mr Robert and his crew. But, it wouldn't be right because the pack out crew did a good job and there were a few good wirkers. However, losing my stuff, is just down right wrong. All my shoes, church hats, a lamp that was gifted to me which is 16 yrs old and so much more. And telling me you don't know where my stuff is? I won't even beginning to talk about the work. They came in with great promises, but in the end, let's just say I wish my private adjuster never brought them into my path. Having a fire brought on enough stress, loss of property and valuables. BUT, for the people who was brought in to protect what you have left, to help you through the recovery phase put more stress on you, it's just outright robbery. Apologies just don't work for some things. So, I would never tell anyone not to use this company, maybe it was just an all round bad time for me. But let's just say the experience I had with them, I would never wish on any of you. I wish they do something different, use my situation to fix what's broken. Now lawyers are involved!!
