My husband and I while on vacation had to make the hardest decision of having our sweet Rubi(Jack Russell) put down. Her health had been declining quickly and while we were over there could tell she wasn't doing good. We called Grand Coulee vet early Tuesday morning and explained what was happening. Even though completely booked with appointments they were able to accommodate our needs and get Rubi in. Dr Marlene Poe and Kim have to be the most compassionate people I have ever met and made such a sad decision easier on the heart. We are grateful that she had her last moments with an office like Grand Coulle Vet and we now know that was the best place we could have taken her to. Even though they are over 4 hours away from us I'd highly consider keeping them as a vet for our other Jack Russell and any other future dogs we may have! Thank you so much. Susi and Tom

They are still under covid protocol for services. I would call to be sure about boarding.
We've had their care for our pets since they opened. The care has been professional and personable; they are helpful and kind
Wish I could help, we only have an old, male cat. I can tell you they have a very caring and compassionate Doc and staff.
