Let me start by saying the owner is extremely respectful and knows how to treat her customers but the staff is horrible!! The only good and respectable nail shop tech is Tracy P!! I had a bad experience for my birthday and the boss came and smooths things over and I decided to give them a second chance. I went back for a refill and the lady listened to absolutely nothing I said then being rude on top of it. I work too hard to be disrespected. Your staff needs to be trained on how to handle customers and retrained on how to do nails.

I have gone several times to get a pedicure and have had a pretty good experience in the past, hence why I try being consistent in asking for the same person. I came in today to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows cleaned up and asked if Sandy was available to do all. Was told by the receptionist (Katherine) that Sandy was available. Sandy starts with the pedicure, had to add a little acrylic on big left toe to make nail even. She puts the acrylic, as she gets done and is ready to start painting, I notice it looks like the nail is sideways, on an angle to the left. I politely ask her if she can please fix the nail for it to look straight. She gets defensive and starts saying she is going to get someone to explain to me why it looks like that, I said no, my nail does not grow sideways, all you have to do is put the acrylic on straight or maybe even file it until it looks straight. She in hesitation, murmuring things under her breath and talking to her coworker in her language, starts putting more acrylic on top, not changing anything and says "I'm going to get someone to do your hands because I'm tired, I'm going home". She also kept changing the fee on my ticket as she spoke to her coworker, as adding just because she was bothered because she was asked to fix something that was visibly wrong. How unprofessional Sandy can be?! I let her finish what she's doing, she walks me up to the front as she is saying everybody is busy right now and I don't think you want to wait for your hands and eyebrows. When we get to the front, I asked Katherine if someone can fix my toenail, she looks at it and tries to convince me that it's my nails anatomy and that's the way it grows. I told her absolutely not, then she said she would have someone look at it. Someone (Tracy) finally came to "look at it" after 50 minutes of me waiting. She took one look at it and agreed it was on an angle and quickly fixed it with no hesitation. Thank you Tracy!!! Time allowed Tracy to also do my eyebrows but not my manicure. "T" the technician next to Tracy was willing to do my manicure but when Tracy told the receptionist, she promptly said no because "T" was booked. Lies I had been there since 4 PM and it was 6:20ish PM and both ladies that were in the lobby walked in as I was waiting for my toenail to be looked at. I understand everyone has bad days, but Sandy was very unprofessional. Learn how to take constructive criticism especially if it's a service you are getting paid for. And Katherine was of no help, not accommodating at ALL, I had been there since 4 PM and still left with no manicure when it had been requested from the start and Sandy had already soaked off the acrylic off my nails, so they weren't even willing to finish what they started (unacceptable). I was very disappointed. Katherine handled the situation very poorly!!! No respect for other people's time. Oh, and guess who I saw as I walked out the door........ Sandy, yes Sandy she was doing a pedicure. So, they are liars too, she didn't go home after all!!! They should appreciate their clients because if they treat everyone the way I was treated today, I'm sure they would be out of business in no time soon!!! Business without clients, is NO business!! Horrible customer service!!!

I come here all the time I normally always have a good experience but a couple days ago I came on my work break and had a pretty bad experience. So, I told the lady I wanted med length Ombre acrylic coffe shaped nails with more beige than white ( I highly specified and showed her a picture), she ended up rounding them a lot I had to reshape them at work. She did more white than beige, and one has such a hard line it doesn't even look ombre. She filed my fingers more than my nails, the pain was almost unbearable but I'm pretty introverted and didn't say anything. They're already kind of falling off, and lifting. I'm not happy that I spent $60 on these nails. I'm going to insert a pic of what I asked for and what I got . What can be done about this ?

Listen this is the BEST pedicure I have ever had. I've had one in several cities and states but this is beyond my favorite place. Every time I come to Orlando, I'm coming back. I feel asleep during. I haven't never done that.

I dont have her number, i do my nails with Jenny as well, but you can call spa they will be happy to set up appointment with her.
No they do not . This establishment is a spa for manicures, pedicures massages and waxing.
There are many different kind, just depends on the type of massage you are looking for.30min/1 hour and massage style.
They will take care of the ingrown nail but a podiatrist is a better solution to find the cause of the ingrown.
10 a 7am by appointment you have to call and make an appointment
