Quiet, clean, parking right in front of the door so it makes it easier to bring your stuff in and out. There are folding tables. Plus there are 2 commercial laundry machines and like 6 commercial dryers. And then there are 7 regular sized washers and then two regular sized dryers that are stacked on each other. I got a lot of laundry done in like an hour and a half. There is a waiting area with tables and chairs. Plus they have a table that has donated foods for people who may need it.

Update: I have heard from several women that Creepy Keith is no longer hassling them when they try to do laundry. I don't know if he's been replaced or had corrective actions taken, but it's been effective to the best of my knowledge. I've also heard that the laundry machines have been repaired, making this an ideal place to clean your clothes. These changes have earned the place the 5 star rating that they had before the change in owners. Good work guys and gals! Originally: Creepy groundskeeper, hassles and harasses a friend of mine who lives there. New owners should replace this jerk. The laundry facilities were top notch, new owners took over, machines all failing at once, what was great was in shambles. I have another place to do my laundry now, so maybe they stepped up and fixed things. Well, everything but the groundskeeper.

Originally, I had rated this place 5 stars. That was due to their public laundry, which was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Today, most of the machines were marked out of order. The machines that weren't marked out of order certainly didn't function well. Of the 4 washers we used, 2 failed when they entered the rinse cycle. The staff then reset the washers. After the reset, 1 failed again when hitting the rinse cycle. The staff once again restarted the washer, and this time it finished. The 2 dryers that weren't marked out of order seemed to work well enough, so 1 star for that, and the staff did all they could to make everything right. It's my understanding that it's under new ownership, and if they can make it like it was they'll war earn the other 2 stars back.

I give 5 stars on cleanliness! The laundry, bathrooms and showers smell fresh and clean 24/7! My fiance and I just came a couple days ago and its quiet and feels safe and homey. Managers are very nice and clearly know their jobs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RV PARK. If you're ever in the area the Dam is worth the drive.
