We have found it very easy to work with the vast majority of the staff at Providence Place, especially Paul and the ladies at the front desk. Mom didn't think she'd like it the first month she was there but after an adjustment period she absolutely loves it there! We can't walk down a hall with her without her saying hello to every passerby or stopping to talk to one or two people. There are plenty of opportunities for her to stay active or to just hibernate in her apartment. We, as her children, are glad to know she's in a safe and caring place since Dad passed and we can't always be with her. We definitely would recommend this place.

When my brother and I had to transition our mother into assisted living we looked at a couple of places that were recommended to us by a friend who was a senior advocate. She told us to not look at the residents when we arrived there, but to look at the expressions on the staffs faces when we walked in the door, when we arrived there, it was clear to us that the staff was friendly and welcoming. Throughout our tour and information meeting with Kristina Lewis, she was very attentive, kind, and compassionate to our mother which impressed me very much and made my mind up where we were going to place her. The other staff we were in contact with during the tour were very nice as well, the building from my view appears to be very well maintained. If you are looking for a place to transition a family member to, I would not even hesitate to make Providence Place your choice.

Providence Place was there for our family at a great time of need. Everyone went out of their way to make my father's transition to memory care as smooth as possible. He was able to have a private apartment with a cozy seating area and an efficiency kitchen. There was a large window in his bedroom that looked out onto a charming courtyard where he could see the birds. The staff was attentive and kind and took great care of my dad. The entire facility is beautiful, comfortable and relaxed, with lovely places to sit, visit, have a coffee or read. Thanks again to everyone at Providence Place for taking care of my dad with the dignity he so deserved.

I have been working here for almost 5 years now. I love it here everyone is very nice and I just love helping our residents and getting to know them and about their life and family. I have made so many friends coworkers and residents and their family also. It a very rewarding job.
