Stayed here for more than 2 years with family. This was the best place we could have chosen when we moved here. Grounds & Location are great, close to everything - Parks, Restaurants, Stores, Malls. We were lucky to obtain a first floor apartment, & together with a porch, patio & a separate entrance, it gives you a sense of your own private home. Apartment itself was well lit & we found the closets to be spacious. The park inside the community was a boon, my kids had a wonderful time in the park. Have had nothing but good things to say about Brian & his team. Madi made my initial transition smooth, Teosha, Denise (& Alexis recently) have always worked to address my concerns or queries every time I have reached out. Maintenance team has been very prompt to respond. Taking with me a lot of happy memories.

I came to do a tour of the property yesterday , in i must say i didn’t feel welcomed at all the Guy who gave me my mom & my kids was very uninviting he didn’t even introduce himself i wish i knew his name cause i would add it in the review ( i honestly think it was cause we was African American ) he look at us if we didn’t belong he didn’t give us much information about the area the Community at all he just stood there as we walked ourself the unit model loved the unit it self but i really wish i had a welcoming invite if all the other staff are anything like him i am not sure if i wanna stay there!

The absolute worst if you are a person of color be prepared to get discriminated against .. they treat black people very different from every other race don’t waste your money here !!
